ITC Farms is a leading player in salt in Ghana, we have a trademark throughout Ghana and across boarders with expanding our market share base on target purposes.
We are Salt Resource Center and our core function is to explore, mine, lease, and manage salt pans and fields. Above all ITC Farms exports salt, package salt, and sell salt to industries that use salt as a primary product in Ghana, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger.
Our priceless salt has undergone analytical test and approved by the Ghana Standard Authority, a member of the International Organisation For Standardization(ISO), and Africa Regional Organisation for Standardization(ARSO) and proven to have the best nutrients.
Policy Formulation
We offer policy formulation in the development of effective and acceptable course of action for addressing what has been placed on the intake of salt.
We do a policy established and carried out by the government and international standards which goes through several stages from inception to conclusion.
These are agenda building, formulation, adoption, implementation, evaluation, and sensitization of negative ideas on salt. Our public policy formulation is always detailed study, creation, and implementation of laws and international standards regulations, funding priorities or other actions on salt management, salt mining and salt intake.
Salt Trade Hub
ITC Farms has position itself as a salt trade hub in West Africa, organizing the needed technical know how and all it needed adavantages.
ITC Farms has position itself to be the major salt hub of West Africa market and possible salt stake holder, to be able to achieve this we have in place a salt industrial complex with a state of the art modern factory with excellent machinery, where we process and market the only mineral we know.
With the necessary infrastructural support like running water, telecommunications, electricity, and accomodation, the project is reciprocal.
Education
We as ITC Farms educate the public on the need and importance of salt and how it should be added to our daily meals to avoid over intake of it.
Our education spread to the communities on how to protect our salt, how to mine salt, the needed tools in mining salt.
We also do the public sensitization on the importance of salt, the major ioden factor, and how to portion salt in our daily meals to avoid over dose of it in the aspect of health benefits.
